new 96lbs msd injectors in a venom intake help please
i just got some 96lbs msd injectors and i have str fuel rail and a venom intake what orings do i need for the injectors to fit in the manifold im stuck please help any one put msd injectors in the venom intak before
Holy, I have almost the same setup except for B series. I just got 95# Deka's and apparently Im gonna have the same problems.
Ive been told that you can modify the injectors by cutting off the plastic on the top side of the inj and adding 2 more (3 in all) orings to have it seal.
Now....
The thing is with my venom and STR rail is that the spacing is a little bigger then stock. I know with my RC 550's I currently use I had to bump the injectors out with 3 washers under the bottom rubber grommet.
I have yet to try fitting the Deka's in, but this is what I was told. Boosted3g (Josh) told me this. Might wanna PM him to see if he can explain better then I.

with the delphi injectors i got from viren (96lb) all i had to do was put the stock o-ring (from your stock injector) on the top of the injector (going in to the fuel rail) and leave the bottom o-ring that came with the injector and they fit right in....no leaks what so ever

the deka ones will require upper maching its easily done. All the injectors we get now are machined for the top to fit the honda rials we also get std size ones for supra and other makes.
The siemen is approx .2mm to thick at the top it should fit in the bottom fine

use the oring that comes iwthe sd on the bottom and use the factory on the top you would have to double th eoring on the top or drill the rail out
the injector sits at a angle though will that make a big deal or not i will take some pics tommorow and post what im talking about andim going to try a larger oring on the bottom man i dont want this to leak
