euro spec zc in crx

euro spec zc in crx
I can get a euro spec zc (d16a9) very cheap froma friend.
i think it's obd1, it has grey plugs and p29 ecu(7500 rev)
it's coming from a 93 delsol.
it doesn't have the cylinder thing on the exhaust cam.
I have a 89 crx si.
what is better to do??
convert to obd1 or change the dizzy to obd0 and put the cylinder thing on the exhaust cam??
