I`m looking for another ITR at the moment....
Would you get a milano red if price is okay or would you pay 3000.- more for a CW ?? I guess, the reds are the most rare ITR`s....

Me too - but for reasons that don't apply in Europe, I don't think.
A red ITR looks a lot like other models of Integra (GS-R, etc) that are red. So it doesn't stand out as an ITR, which means it doesn't stand out as a theft target.
When you see a yellow ITR at a glance, you KNOW it's an ITR because the other Integra models never came in yellow. It screams. And what it screams here in the States is, "Steal me!"
I don't want to own a car that's white (boring IMO) or black (boring and hot and a b*tch to keep looking good) - just my personal preference, no flames please if yours is different - so I got PY. I like the looks, but don't like the fact that it's conspicuously an ITR.
If it weren't for the theft visibility - which I assume is not a problem in Europe - then get whatever color you like best, and keep looking until you find a nice one in the color you want. If you don't care that much about what color it is, then get the one you find in the best condition, as others have stated here.

Color is definately secondary to condition.
Color is definately secondary to condition.

For some people, yes. For some people, no. Different people have different priorities.
The lack of a color other than white was a major factor why I did not buy an ITR in '97-98.

Okay....
I made up my mind... the red one costs 3000 Euros less.... For this I could spend this ITR a new paint....
Engine and every tech-related info I don`t care about. I just want an even chassis and a good surface-condition...
Everything else I need is hidden in #01858`s body.

I'd get the red one, but that is only because we don't have them. Yeah if the chassis is all you are worried about then I would just get the one that looks like it has been taken better care of.
In all honesty, if there is a $3000 price differenece b/w two cars in similar condition, and the only differnce is color, I would definitely go with the cheaper one. If I understand correctly, the milano red ITR is cheaper.
However, if conditions of the vehicles justify the price difference, I would obvioulsy get the one which was better kept and maintained

6/98, 76.000km... pretty normal..
It need TUV inspection in June and it is sold in eastern germany... That may be the reason for the lower price...
As I said... I don`t care for technichal failures... I have every single part in perfect condition except chassis, fenders, cooler, hood, lights and AC.
I like the look of the red one..... I always liked the cw because they look more beefy but the milanos are VERY (!) rare.

I thought they only offered Red in 97?
Well, as long as it is not 4 lugs, it's a good buy for the price.
I would pick yellow if it is for the race track...brighter color = higher visibility = some level of safety.
And what color are the local taxis in town? In NYC, we got yellow Taxis, so afterawhile, I regret buying my first ITR PY, cuz all my friends call me Taxi boy.

One sold, one wrecked
But I`ll be back !! Though I won`t trash it around on track before it`s completely paid... though I`m very track-hungry... sometimes in my sleep there is engine`s screaming in my head and my right foot revmatches while I`m dreaming..hahaha... I wish I could get rid of this drug which came over me this year..
