door pannel reinstall!!!!!
The only way I could ever get mine on was to take the plastic cover that goes over the screws for the mirror off(the sail shaped black plastic piece.) Then pop that back in after.
If the plugs won't go back in, you're either a) using the wrong plugs with the wrong harnesses or b) have the right plug in but upside down or turned or something.
It should fit with little to no resistance, it just pops right in.
Don't break anything!

Make sure your window is open, it'll make it a lot easier. If you look at the top edge of the door panel, you can see the plastic edge that you need to put over the metal edging on the door. The try to insert the top corner part closest to the mirror on first. Kinda take a look from beneath also to make sure that you are getting the plastic edge on and not just the vinyl that glued onto the plastic (that was my problem the first couple times). Then once you get that corner inserted properly, you can start lower it to get the entire top edge on. Then you'll see that the plugs all line up with the holes in the door. I just hit the panel with the heel of my hand to pop them in. Then reattach the harness for the locks and screw the 3 screws on. It's easy once you've done it once.
Yeah, that's good advice for attaching the door.
Make sure all your power stuff works before you screw stuff in, and finish popping in the clips. If you have any clips left!

I'd have to say red97gsr hit the nail on the head. I've removed my door panels several times and that's exactly how you put them back on. red97gsr also has impeccable taste in shocks and springs if I may say so...
