i was thinking of doing a 5 lug conversion on my 96 4dr and since i already have an aftermarket coilover suspension, will i need to buy a new suspension to go with the Type R 5 lug conversion, or does the conversion just change the brake components?
i have search, but still unsure

 

i believe the change over consists of more than just the brake components... Cuz all the companies have different susp. components for the R. or am i wrong?

 

if u use your stock lower control arms then you can use the suspension you have now but if u use the itr lca, then u have to the itr suspension

 

can i use my stock LCA and still have the 5 lug work, or is the type R 5 lug not compatible with my GSR LCA. cause i would like to get the OEM 5 lug wheels to fit on my GSR.

yes u can use your gsr lca and still do the 5 lug conversion...everything bolts up without any problems...i did it on my car so u shouldnt worry
