Default 1/4 mile time

Any one know what 1/4 mile time civic HB OBD1 with H22 swaps are running with drags?

My guess would be mid to high 13's, although I raced one w out slicks and he was doing mid 14's on streets?

we've got a guy here in NH at the track from trickengineering running 11's with the h22 in his hb. But he has a lot more work than just basic motor swap.

For just the swap I would say low low 14's to high 13's.
