After market oil pressure sensor question
I'm gonna be installing an oil pressure gauge soon, and the only concern I have is, how did you guys tighten the sensor to the block ? Here is what the sensor looks like
There is a little nut on it ( can't really see it in the picture ), but I have no clue on how to get a wrench in there. I also have to attach a fitting to it, so I was thinking maybe tighten the sensor onto the fitting then tighten to the block. Any tips on doing this ?

i thought my autometer sensor already had the right threads on it....i might be wrong though cause that was a couple years ago.
but yeah id screw the plug on the sensor then there should be enough room to get a wrench on there if you get the oil filter and stuff out of the way. cause if you just screw the sensor on by hand you probably wont be able to get it tight enough. or do the endyn way and mount a T on the firewall and do it up outside of the car were there is plenty of room.

Can anyone else confirm this ? I was told I need a 1/8 bspt to male to 1/8 npt female, and I just went looking for this fitting and NO one has it. So could anyone else confirm that I don't need it.

i'll be at work today.. saturday.. yeah.. DT.. heh.. and i'll take some pice of mine, of the beast.. and i'll show you.. 1/8" NTP pipe thread.. T.. and 1/8" nipple to sender.. i'll show you.. even oil changers would understand this.. lol, not just honda mechanics..
When I did the feed line for my turbo I was able to get a wrench back there no problem...I don't know if your fitting is the right size...1/8 bsp is the thread size of the hole and npt SHOULD work. I had to special order my bsp adaptor from a fitting shop here.
