I'm putting this up here cuz the 2nd and 3rd gen ludes had flip up lights. I need to know which wires are what. There are 5 wires on the motor that I got for a flip up headlight and the two heavier gauge wires are power and ground. Then there are three more which I do not know what they do. They go on a little round wheel and are on a track and I can see that the inner and outter most wires have a cut off point and I'm guessing that is where the headlight is at the top of its motion but wire/track in the middle is not broken. I need to know if anyone knows where these wires go. Thanks

 

u have a helms or chiltons... look at the wiring diagram and get out a multimeter..

Got my multimeter but I can't find my chiltons!! Can anyone with a manual give me a hand with this?

 

have a friend flip the lights on and off while u probe... hehehe i said probe hehehe
