well measured mine in at 22-23mm, which means the Energy suspension polyurethane sway bar bushings i got will not work (25mm-listed for 90-93 accord in the catelog) 
Hmmm...maybe the EX bar is a couple more mm bigger than the LX bar?
Also measured in a 5th gen EXR stock front sway cdn model in at 26-27mm and from the looks of it, might be a direct bolt in for the 4th gens.
