what kind of shocks are u gonna pair them up with, i run 350 front and 300 rear there eibach ers springs rates that i got from ground control and it is a pretty ruff ride with kyb agx's, but i love the way it takes turns.
but the rates depend on what u wanna do with your car auto x or just mainly street or both, call ground control and they can help u out with that.

SearCH!!!
But i have GC's paired with aGx's which i would recommend anyday of the year. Very nice setup but might not be for everyone. Like said above, it is rough. My spring rates are 450 front 500 rear however. Very rough for DD but i deal with it. Unless autoX-ing or other serious racing, go with "off the shelf". My friend also has some normal skunk2s on his EX paired with AGX's. and the ride is very nice but not near as good handling to me. It's all about what your willing to give up. And believe me, you will be GIVING UP a smooth cringe free ride. You'll be having $600+ under your chassis. WaTCH THAT POT HOLE!!!
