Default Too rich on new set-up!! Oppinions...

I just got my set up completed lastnight, the usually t3/to4e on a d16y8 Acura 1.6EL. I start the car up and she's running pig rich at idle. I'm not sure whats the problem. The fuel is managed by 450cc talon injectors and the AFC hack. Right now teh AFC is set at -50 which I know is not normal and at that setting the wideband O2 is reading 12.5 a/f at best.

We check all wiring and ther only thing that seems off is the injector resistor pack. When tested with the mutli-meter, it only seem to get 6ohms of resistance. Now I know alot of inline resistors that people use on these set-ups call for 8-10ohm resistors. Could the resistor box just be going out, and thats why I only see 6ohms? Would there be a big difference between 6-10 ohms on resistance that would play a big role in leaning out the injector?

help please!

The stock resistro pack is 6 Ohms. people use 8-10 ohms because it is a more common resistor value available. So the Resistor pack is not your problem.

Did you get the injectors cleaned and balanced or just from ebay? I bet they are leaky.

Are you sure the AFC is operating properly? Do you have any codes?

No codes coming up, injectors came out of a friends talon, was running fine for him, AFC works because I can richen it up to about +10 at idle and stall the car with the fuel.

So is there a big difference between 6 to 8 ohms that I will see?
