one is bluish and other is stock black
From what I've seen at password JDM, the older climate controls (96Spec) where different colors compared to the newer 98Spec.
I believe the 96Spec is a bluish color and the 98Spec is darker.

The 94-97 Integra Climate controls do not have the slashes. So the only difference would be in 97 ITR's.
Edit: the buttons are also BLACK.

He's only asking about the faux carbon fiber.
1994-97 buttons are flat black, 98+ are sparkly. Same goes with the LS/RS/GSR gauge clusters, and 98+ hazard light is backlit, whereas 94-97 is not.
