Default vafc sensor voltage question

i'm using the hack right now and boosting 7psi. i recently checked my sensor voltage with the key in the ON position. may tps reads 0.4+ but my pressure/map reads 2.8something...is that normal? i step on the throttle and the tps increases gradually but the pressure voltage just stayed there. i thought pressure should be 0 volts without stepping on the gas pedal. so what should it be?
