how much would u pay for an ef rolling chassis? what do u all think is a good range?
im plainning on picking up an ef rolling chassis from a local junkard. either a rex or hatcback(whatever is cheaper). now i've seen people pay as low as 300 and as much as 1500. but i think most are between 500-900. so lets say fair/decent condition, having scratches and dents and on hubs what would u offer? and what do u think they would be worth. most of them have full interiors with rips and normal wear and tear.
so i dont really wanna pay anymore then 800 for an old civic without a motor. please tell me what u would pay. also what you think a decent range of price would be on them depending on condition
i think...
rex. rolling chassis 450-900
hatchback rolling chassis 300-800

i'd venture to raise that 100 to no more than 300, remember most of your time is gunna go into building the sucker.

haha, mine was $100 and it ran, lol
I'd say anywhere around $100-600 at most.

good deals are few and far between, but what about this one. a crx w/zc swap (been in there for several years now). the guy that installed the motor is buying the car years later. all it has mech. problem wise is a bad distribuitor. and all for a whoppin 200 bucks. and i paid 400 for a 90 si w/out a motor/trans/windows/etc...
good luck to the work ahead.

i paid 800 for a 91 rt4wd wagon, the body is in pretty good shape, other than it needs a new hood. the timing belt had slipped and the engine was friend. its a fairly hard to come by vehicle, and i still think paid to much.... so 500 and less for a hatch, they are so common in any junk yard.
well for a rolling EF chassis i would pay about $5000
now for a rolling ED chassis i wouldn't buy one for more than $500

I have a clean rolling EF chassis with an autopower cage.. It also has a full blown race motor (sohc) built by Comptech. I have a REAL Brand Spanking New MUGEN race cam. I have everything to make it work. Dual carbs and manifold, Electromotive ignition .Way too many stuff to list. You just gotta see all the stuff! PM me if you're interested. You just need the time which I don't have. This is for serious racers only!
