What is wrong with kamikaze headers? Are they better than stock headers? I plan on getting a JRSC this summer and I want to buy my headers and exhaust now. I was just curious to know why people say that kamikaze's are crap? I thought they were good for FI.

 

Its the built quality. They are good for a JRSC setup because of the collector size and the primaries.

 

Can anyone be a little more specific? I want to know if I will notice any difference to the stock header too?

 

you will notice a small difference from the stock header. You will have to get a modified cat because the collector is 2.5". The primaries (where it for 4 into 1) are very short compared to other headers and apparently JRSC's like that sort of header. Most people take a dremel to the header to clean up the welds and polish it a bit and bolt it on. The only bad things I have heard is the quality of the piece in general.
