b18c1 block with b16 internal

Default b18c1 block with b16 internal

ok i have a 91 crx that i want to turbo it has a b16 i bought a je piston 9 to 1 compression for a b16 and 9.8 to 1 for a gsr. also eagle rods for a b16. now i getting a deal on a gsr block i would like to know if i can put these in there including the crank of a b16 because i want the compression as low as possible. will it work or it a not the effort. info please

it would be like 2:1...the deck height is to high to use the b16 crank and rods
