Incredible Customer Service from Endless USA
I just wanted to tell everyone about the amazing customer service I received from Endless USA.
I blew my driver side rear Zeal B2 about 5 weeks ago and decided to call Endless USA about getting an overhaul. I was told by their sales representative, Kent Chen that it would only take a few days and they will have my coilovers back within a week. So after a few days I sent the rear pair to Endless to have them both overhauled. I had track school scheduled in 2 weeks so I thought wow this is great, I'll have my B2's back and installed before the school starts.
A week later, I received a phone call from Kent saying that his technician left for Japan to be trained at the Zeal office in Japan and will not be back for 4 weeks.
He offered to send my coils back so I can make my track event, and I could resend them when his technician returns, however, blown coils don't do me much good. So, I told Kent to do whatever he can and just get them back to me asap. Kent ended up sending my B2's to his technician in JDM land to have him repair them at Endless Japan and bring them back to the US when he returned to save time.
I ended up having to use my stock rear shocks and springs for my track event.. but it actually ran pretty well with the Zeal's in the front
Week 4 rolls around and I receive a call from Kent and he says, because of this unfortunate delay and bad timing, Endless USA is not going to charge me for the overhaul and just the return shipping.
Today I find this at my house:
Kent also remembered to label the box "warranty replacement" so it would ship across the border hassle free!

I just spent the last 3 hours installing the rear coilovers and they ride smooth like before.
Although, the timing was kinda bad..

I would certainly do business with Endless USA again.

I've had them for 2 years.. I'm not sure what caused it to go.. but it may have been Toronto's downtown roads that killed that one coilover. For a year, to avoid rushhour highway traffic I drove to and from work through some commercial/industrialized areas. As soon as you leave the suburb area and enter the commercial/industrial zone it was like riding a rollercoaster.
I don't know what hurt more.. me bouncing around in the car or the sound of the car bouncing over the streetcar tracks and broken pavement
I seldom have people sitting in the back seat, especially the seat behind the driver which is the one that blew.. maybe it was just bad luck

I bent a rim when I came to Toronto one time. Roads suck because of the extreme change in climate.
That's why roads in FL are smooth as ****.
