Default different plug wires will they work

i bought some 8mm wires for my civic i use to have i wanted to know if they would work on my gsr

They should as long as they are long enough and have the correct adapter on each end. Personally, just get some OEM ones. Tried and true.

Yes, aftermarket wires often degrade the performance of Honda's.

It means that many aftermarket plug wires suck !
Honda OEM are very good.
There are exceptions, but in general, OEM Honda are better than most aftermarket wires.

There was an old post about how OEM honda wires outperformed NGK's.
