Quickie: DC (JDM 4-1) flange...
Help, quick questions, I'm about to order...
Do I need the flange to bolt-up to my stock 92 cx hatch exhaust from a b16 - DC sports JDM ITR style header?
Or should I run open header until I get aftermarket exhaust?

you can run a flange and hook it up, but it'll be bottle-necked.
you could also run open header temporarily and have a throbbing head ache from now til eternity.
