Default Which Drain Plug is Which???

Damn, I feel like a newb. Okay, I just got the sp00m magnetic drain plugs, and I am changing my oil, but I am not sure which drain plug is which. I have never seen a transmission drain plug, so I have nothing to go buy. I would assume the shorter drain plug would be for the oil, but who knows. If you know, please let me know. Oh yeah, and does the tranny plug use a washer or are all 4 of the washers that came for the oil plug? Quick response is appreciated.

For as much as they charge for $3 in parts, you'd think they would, huh?
