LHT Performance 5 Rib Belt kit is now available for JRSC!!!
These are the LHT 5 rib pulley set up for the B16 and B18vtec Supercharged motors.
It uses a 5rib belt from the Alternator and Blower. The two pulleys will raise the boost 4-5 PSI from the stock boost on a GSR , and 6-7 PSI from stock boost on a B16 as well as having more belt traction.
Going to a 5 rib belt gives the belt more surface area on the pulley to "grip" so therefore not as much tension is required on the belt to avoid slippage at higher boost applications. As we all know when you have to tension the belt super tight to avoid slippage it puts undue stress on the snout of the blower which could lead to blower and belt failure.
