Default Steering Problems..ahh

A few thoughts, questions, annoyances have to come to mind since having gotten my lude last september.
It's a 92 Si.
1) Steering is a little sluggish, and heavy. is this characteristic of preludes because of their weight?
2) Squeaking noise coming from (i'm assuming) the rack when steering at slow speeds..it's not too loud, but definitely noticable. Now that i think of it, more of a creaking noise..if it makes a difference to anyone.
3) When wheels are pointed straight away, the steering wheel is turned about 10-15 degrees to the left off-center.

Note::i had my power steering fluid checked/topped off..should i consider replacing completely?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..tips/suggestions on what to do about the offcenter steering wheel would be nice too.. sorry for the long post!

did you make sure that your using Honda compatible ps fluid?
Regular ps fluid will damage the system

Does it squeak when the engine is not running, and you turn the steering wheel back and forth??

Does it squeak when you push down on the corner of the front bumper(check both corners)? Up and down, up and down, Like bed springs in a whorehouse
