I recommend and use GE sleeves. I have had three blocks from GE in the past two years, all with success. Warrenty, customer service and a well engineered design always go well in my book.

It's not about boost.

It's about HP/tq.

with that being said, you can boost what ever you want as long as the turbo is running around 70% efficency, and your making under 500whp...

So how do I find out how effecient the turbo is running? Through dyno tuning?

I would say around 15psi with proper tuning.

Compressor map.

A 60 trim T3/TO4E with .63ar would make very good power on a built D series.

I'm going with a 50 trim .63ar for my 400hp ZC. I love it's compressor map! 75%ish efficency up to around 33psi!
