Vspec coilovers
i have them . . they are good cheap coils . . although they arent good if you dont want your car too low . . i have mine all the way at the top of the sleeve and its maybe 1.5" lowered . . half way down the sleeve and my car is sitting on the ground . .
I these too with stock shocks, and are set all the way to the top. I had my shocks bottom up a lot of times due to potholes etc... They are good on the freeways and are not to stiff. But even though they can be used with stock shocks, I recommend aftermarket. because like somone mentioned , it lowers the front 1.5 even set to the top.
VSpec coilover sleeves are ok... they are not the greatest, but if all you car about is ride adjustability with a little sacrifice of performance then go for it. Stay away from DropZone coilovers since their springrates are too soft and the quality just sucks
. However, for VSpec coilovers and other similar coilover sleeves...you can buy better coilover sleeve springs (like the eibachs from ground control coilover sleeves).
For better options, you can opt for the Koni Yellows + Ground Controls or visit Neuspeed Racing website and check out their clearance section for a cheap priced FULL Coilover setup.
I have the Tein HA and I have no complaints at all...anyways goodluck!
cheers

Is 1.5" in the front too low with a kit you think? I was hoping for a 1.3" drop in the front, but hearing how they drop 1.5" all the way to the top... dunno. I just don't want to crack my front bumper (bomex).
From experience, I think they're a very poor quality set up. I put them on my friend's prelude for him only to end up replacing them with some neuspeeds cause the ride quality was awful.
exactly how mickey513 sed.
either save up and get gc or skunk2 coilvers so you don't waste your money and time later tryin to sell them and buy better ones.
or just pick up good springs to drop your car.
