GSR vtec whooes.. HELP me
help, my gsr vtec feels like nothing.. I can't seem to get the darn thing working right.. i know the wires are correct because i check them over many times and there are no CEL's .. i believe its a vacuum issue because when the vacuum hose is plugged to the actuator that controls the 2ndary butterflies when idling, it opens them.. is this right? or is it wrong?? should there be vacuum present at that hose during idle? or should it be absent?? I wish i had another gsr around so i can compare , but unfortunately, finding someone is pretty hard.. arrrghh..
also, not only can i not feel the vtec, i can barely hear it from the engine.. I do hear a notable change in the exhaust note though when i'm up in the revs, but the power difference is pretty much inexistant.. I dont even feel the slighest pull in the upper rev range as compared to the lower rev range.. what gives??

if you open up the air box for the stock intake..and take it up in vtec, you'll be able to hear vtec nice a loud. even if you have no mods on your car
