I'm assuming the integra is salvaged?

Go for that if it isn't. If it is, I'd rather have the hatch.

well if u are looking for a ligter car go with the Civic , I just like the look of the Integra and the power windows and door locks, but If u get the teg what swap do u plan on running ? I think a well built CrVTec could get u those numbers or put a Ls in there and turbo it

Get the hatch and do a h22 or b18c5 swap and you'll be in the 13s. The CX is about 500 pounds lighter. Just imagine, the CX with 3 extra people in it would be just as fast as the integra w/ same motor.

building a mid13 second daily driven dc2 chassis isnt that hard to accomplish. just have to find the right setup for your type of driving and appropriate internal/external modifications...and knowing how to drive it right should get you there. and you seem to have a head start with that chassis being stripped.

so get to it.

on a side note...having a 13 second civic hatchback is pimp. but having a 13 second dc2 is something better

put the h22a swap in there, its a lot easier in a teg than a hatch. and it would still be pretty fast.

I've had both and here's the deal-- Integra is a nicer street car. Power windows, locks, moon roof, nicer interior...

The Civic can be built to be a quicker car, and it's less assuming. I have the hatchback right now, and I miss my amenities.

I stripped the hell out of my integra and dropped the weight down to 2225lbs, so they're not that bad. People used to bag on it's heftiness.
