Default F20A VS F22B

If you had to choose which motor to swap in, which one would it be? I know, I know the H22 is most dominant, but right now the F22b and F20a motors are selling pretty cheap. I was wondering if i swapped one of the two motors in here, i'd have VTEC plus alittle more horsepower than my 125 hp right now. Would this swap be worth it?

Opioins please! Thanks!

Are you putting this in a Civic? If you are please don't because neither the H22, or F22/20 are direct bolt-ins. You'll spend just as much getting the modifications done then you would to just buy a regular motor. But its your choice. I would go with the F20a (it's the DOHC non-vtec right?)
