help removing bolt from lower strut mount

help removing bolt from lower strut mount
Hey guys was hoping someone has run across this before and could help me out or give some ideas to try. what i have is a lower strut mount bolt that will not come out. i have tried to beat it out using a punch and bf hammer, then i torched it up and beat on it some more with the bf hammer with no luck. both the head of the bolt and nut have broken off. thanks

if youre changing struts, then just cut the ****** (I did 
)
