backfiring ?
what kind of fuel management are you using? You're probably clogging the cylinders with fuel between shifts. does it also backfire when you rev the engine?
i dont think its backfiring when i rev, i have in-tank fuel pump, stock injectors, aem fuel pressure regulator, fmu... to be honest i think i'm running rich, my a/f gauge wont work for ****
Backfiring is a result from running rich. This "backfire" you are talking about, is it a KAPOWWW from your exhaust in between shifts or a "VAAVAAVAA" hesitation sound while under boost? If its the vaavaavaa hesitation (i know im technical) your gap is most likely off. Gap them to .030-.032 and get NGK-BRK7e-11's.
i ordered ngk's and i know for a fact i'm runnign rich, i can smell it in the exhaust fumes, it runs a little wierd while acceleerating (kinda jerks until boost kicks in) then pops when i sift out the exhaust
