I love building my honda but i just can't afford it since im in college. I thaught that i could get sponserships. How do you go about doing this? Does anyone have a sponser??

U'll be very lucky to get a sponsor to give you monitary compensation, the best bet would be product sposorship but that will be tuff even b/c companies will not just let products go without knowing there will be a return on investment. The other thing to look at is to go to a local speed shop and ask them but local speed shops really do not have all that much money so to sum it all up, it is VERY VERY HARD to find places to sponsor you. But GOOD LUCK!

 

Anything will help but i was looking for parts not money. I was thinking about the local shops but your right about them not having any money to spare. I would like a local shop to give me a free install for some type of advertisement. I want to install a turbo but after the 3k for parts i'm a little short for an install.

 

you have to give them a reason to sponser you.....example having a fast car or having a nice show car.....

I would just ask a local speed shop that you trust and see what they say. I would go in and let them know that you would promote them at local drag strips and that you would go out there a certain number of times. Itz worth a try. Good luck.
