Default H23 Header?

I got an header off ebay a while ago I never checked to see if it mounted up. I was waiting until I fixed my ring problem. Well Yesterday I checked and the bolt holes didn't line up. The seller sold it as an 97-01 Prelude Neupseed header. I'm wondering if someone with an H23 header could get me some measurements for the holes?

The guy who sold it to me advertised it as a 97-01 Honda Prelude header. I didn't get what I paid for. I have a 97-01 Prelude, but the header I got doesn't mount up. I was asking for measurements of someones H23 header, so i could see ic the header I recieved is an H23 header. If you can't answer the question don't try an be a smart a**!!

I would take the header with you to a dealer and ask to see a prelude exhaust gasket. If a dealer doesn't have it, then maybe autozone or something. Find out which gasket matches the flange.
