have u ever been in the store it's not 1/2 bad they only way to get good prices there, if u know the poeple working there, to get the good deal, mostly eveything else is a bit overpriced for my taste.

Sounds like they are quick when they have the product in stock. I don't know about other vendors, but a lot of times, if the product is out of stock, it is all in the hands of the distributor...
which is too bad though, because it's the retail location that gets the blame. Also, with a company like modacar, although large, I'm guessing their in-stock parts is on the light side... which wouldn't surprise me.. overhead kills companies. (well, sounds like poor customer service too).

Did you ASK them before hand if they had the exhaust in stock? You have to do that.
I have ordered two full cat back systems from them.
One of them also came incomplete (was missing a pipe) and they payed for shipping it back to them, and replaced it.
I would continue to buy things from them, but I always make sure it's in stock first. But to tell you the truth, theres not alot of parts I want on their site anyways..

when a product is on back order it is the distributors fault not the store....what most people don't understand(unless you work at/own a shop) is that 50% percent of the companies making or distributing parts in this industry are flaky as hell. They tell you that products are and will be available and a shop commits to marketing their product. Then without any notice they either quit production or put items on backorder(without telling you exactly when the parts will be available again or lying and telling you a time and not delivering) at don't notify the shops until they have an order. So in the end the shop gets fucked by having upset customers(posting their stories on all the forum boards) and the customer gets fucked by not getting the parts they had been waiting for. This is just my opinion....I"ve dealt with many shops and Modacar has been pretty good to me..

Don't bitch at a shop/store for not having a product/parts....bitch at the vendor, Tsudo in your case, for not having the supply for the demand. And the exhaust you're wanting is only in high demand cause it's hella cheap.

They suck. I bought "real" JDM Vision corners, they sold me fakes. I was able to return them but it took a long time. They suck.
modacar is good , ive had nothing but good service from them and i like the guys that work there , just cause you order an exhaust thats backordered and you dont ask them first doesnt mean they suck , YOU just didnt do your homework
oh i did..ask them if they had and they were llike yeah..2 days later called for tracking# and they said they had to back or which will take 2weeks to 1 month...which ended up taking 1 1/2 months..so i said F@#K it..
