SAFC and FPR uses
If I need to tune my car can i just get a fpr instead of a SAFC. Because ive heard that i can tune my car without a SAFC but i can do it with a FPR. I;m just trying to say if i can tune my car with a FPR instead of a SAFC
No, they work together. You can tune with just the SAFC, but it helps to have the FPR. Why are you so intent on getting your car tuned? Do you even know what tuning it does?
I don't know why you had to start another post when you were already asking us about it in another one of your threads.
Next time try that little button in the top right hand corner. It says "SEARCH"!

That attitude is the kind that will not get you replies.
Anyway you use the FPR to richen the AFR across the board and use the SAFC to lean out in certain areas. That's the simplest I can explain it. Stock ECU's run rich anyway, so if you can't get both I'd opt for the SAFC. But just wait until you can get both to tune it. And if you can get a VAFC for the same price, use the VTEC signal for a shiftlight.
