my nitrogen content couldn't be greater than 867(not exact numbers) and average is usually around 300. Mine was at 1800!(thats after a brand new muffler) I have a 91 CRX HF. Does anybody have any ideas as what the problem could be. I want to fix this without doing an illegal smog.
