I plan on painting my car soon and need some suggestions on dark greys, much like the Thunder Grey on Lancers. I really like that color but I'm curious if there's any other types of grey like Thunder Grey... or anything else that's really dark but not black! This will be going on a 94 teg with a bomex kit and hopefully hyperblack 5zigen Fno1r-C's. I believe another person on HT has an integra painted a dark grey off some type of BMW? I remember seeing it, was a very nice teg but forgot which post it was in.

the BWM color is Steel Grey Metallic, but thats my color haha.

there a stock honda color, called phantom grey that often looks black.

ford has a decent grey color, ive seen it on mustands, focus's and the minivans

hope that helps, but the bmw is by far the best, not all the "dark" though.

Looks a lot lighter on your car (the color)... still a nice color though!

I'm undecided on the lancer or M3 grey... lancer is darker I think...

Err... so the dark grey lancers are "thunder grey metallic" and my integra (94 RS) is "thunder grey metallic" as well... lol

The lancer looks soo much darker though. =/ I guess it's just because mine's pretty old but it looks pretty new (according to the previous owner, it was repainted so maybe they used a slightly lighter grey, *shrug*).
