Default OUCH The Word is in....HONDA said I blew my....

Turns out the problem with my car was a blown head gasket, and coolant leaked into one of the cylinders. After they took it to the machine shop they also found a hair-line crack between the 2nd and 3rd cylinders(I never talked to honda, this is what my mother said). They also said my stock header was cracked. I found a complete head w/ 40k miles and since I was in the spending mood, replaced the stock header with a DC CC 4-2-1. I've got about 220 in my pocket and I'm lookin to add another mod. I'm thinkin either AEM CAI or Skunk 2/ STR cam gears. What are your thoughts on those? Well, that's what happened to the car if you guys were takin bets on who was right. Thanks

Buy the AEM CAI, the adj cam gears are wortheless unless you dyno tune them (which will cost more money, and on a bone stock motor they wont make THAT huge of a difference).

Money isn't the problem. Money for my car as far as repairs go is being taken care of by my stocks. My cash however, that I've been saving up is up to 220 for another mod. I just can't figure out what I want.

I'm thinkin more along the lines of HP increase rather than 60-0 braking distance

what's up neighbor.

I would go for the CAI. IMO the best bang for your buck. In that price range anyways.
