yes, it's the PGM-FI main relay, it should be behind the dash on the left side of the steering column, it's gray, and it about the size of 3or 4 normal relays

 

Gotcha, yea i replaced that but the fuel pump is still shuttin down intermeditly.

Just wonderin if there was another relay for the Fuel Pump. There could be a possibility that the relay i replaced it with could be bad since my car died right after i picked it up from the shop and they were scroungin around for an h23 relay.

Still at the shop now, didnt wanna drive it back 2 hrs in traffic in case it died again.
Oh well, we'll see....

 

Had the same problem with my lude, its the fuel pump relay that boosted is talking about, gray, up above the fuse panel, like 70 bucks from honda
