Anyone done a level10 upgrade?
i was wondering has anyone beefed up their tranny before with
either one of these products before??
and i was wondering if that rebuild kit was anygood after it was installed?
and how well did it improve your tranny afterwards?
thanks...

The Level Ten tranny is the only way to go if you plan on keeping the auto tranny with any serious increase in performance. The transmission shop that did my rebuild said that it was the best kit they had seen, and gave me a 50% increase in my warrenty coverage to back up their claims.
You forgot to mention the cost. A member of HondaSociety paid $2900 Canadian total for the Level Ten Torque Converter, PTS tranny rebuild, labor, shipping, and taxes. He said it translated to about $1800-$1900 American. The torque converter itself is $498 plus shipping.
i have a guy down in flushing queens who can rebuild
for a decent price for just a little or under 1g,
it might be less cause your bringing the parts in yourself...
but he recently got me a 20k used tranny for less than 700$
so im planning to rebuild it with the level 10 products...

i wouldn't let L10 touch my tranny if i were you. the PTS kit is good though, but have someone else install it. i also think the TC is a rippoff, it should not cost that much. in the end, it costs way too much money to build a auto unless your pushing seriuos power. do a 5sp swap, cheaper and you'll be happier.
