i installed a matrix short shifter in my crx and after i was done i went for a test drive and it was rubbing against the midpipe real bad. it was also shifting out of gear, i then took it out and sold it. i dont know if it was just me that had that problem.

I bought some cheapy one and it works like a charm. It takes alittle getting used to remeber to push/pull alittle harder to get into the gears. LESS leverage. Anyways, have fun with it..... hope this helps.

I had a DC shifter in my 00 Si and liked it very much. however, everyone i have talked to says better things about Neuspeeds. Synchro wear seems pretty inevitable, but the overall difference is enough that it will be the first thing I will consider on any future project cars. install is a bitch without a lift though. nothing like just about every other kind of car where all work can be done from inside.
