Koni Yellows/Ground Control
I am finally going to get suspension, and I just want to make sure this is a good setup. The Yellows are adjustable right? And how low can you lower your car with the Ground Controls? Is it worth it for a shop to do it, or should I do it myself? Also, will these go good with Velox Vx8-rs? Thanks.
Good setup. You may wish to with higher rate springs than what comes with it.
The Yellows are adjustable. Only the rebound though.
It doesn't matter what wheels you use. The GC's will probably drop the car as low as you would ever want.
Install them yourself if are mechanically inclined or a have a friend that can help.

What do you mean only the rebound? What is wrong with the spring rates? I don't konw much about suspension. What other coil overs would be better then?

Okay, first off a definition of rebound from GRM: Rebound (or extension) is when that rod is extended from the shock body.
The spring rates will probably be fine for you right now. The good thing about GC's and Yellows they are easily upgradable if you feel you want more from your suspension.
IMHO, unless you go with a full threaded body shock and spring kit, there is nothing better. Alot of the cheaper coilover sleeves, have springs that sag and deteriorate over time.

If you want it for daily driving, why do you care about the lowest it can be dropped?
I'll tell you what, if you really want it super low, do like this girl did to her Neon in my town and remove the springs completely. Fast and cheap.

Come on, I'm not that stupid. I just don't know anything about suspension, that is why I was asking. I didn't think you guys would have to be ******** about it. Can you please just give an answer without being rude. Since I don't really know about them, could you explain it to me. I did a search and couldn't find anything about them. Thanks.
We're just the kind of people that think everybody should know why they make the decisions that they do. There's a wealth of knowledge out there, learn some of it.
Integra, Suspension? go to http://www.team-integra.net/ and go to Articles >> Performance >> Spring/Coilover Specifications and while there look at the other articles too.

Koni Yellows are great shocks, they have a lifetime warranty. They are adjustable and can handle spring rates up to between 400 and 500 lb/in. Ground Controls are great coilover sleeves. Get the normal, off-the-shelf ones right now (ie, don't get custom rates) so you can see how you like them. If you decide in the future you want higher rate springs, you can get new springs to go in the sleeves.
Wheels are a personal preference. I think 17s all too often look like Conestoga wagon wheels on an Integra, and 15s and 16s are your best bet.

If this is your first time, get a shop to install them professionally unless you are mechanically inclined. If you want to save $100-$200, then buy a Helms manual (undisputable best shop manual) for $70, and some beer for your friends and have a Car Workin Party.

Also, what does this mean?
$10 per corner additional for billet aluminum Koni or Bilstein adapters.
Do I have to get this when I get the GC coilovers? Thanks.

I would get the Koni adapters, yes, because the Koni perch is not flat, its curved in a place and that adapter will give your GC a firm seating on the shock.
I can sell you a set of Koni Yellows. IM me; what year is your car?

No you didn't. I just did a search with both Koni and Ground Control in the title and came up with 49 posts. Now you seperate the two and there is alot more.
If you can't take your time to search, I can't take my time to explain **** to you.

I'm getting the same setup. GC coilovers w/ Koni Yellows. The coilovers from what I have been told can drop anywhere from .5"-3.5". I am also getting the adapters and custom spring rates. Depends what you want to do which will determine how you want your spring rates. I for instance will be doing a lot of autocross and track racing so I will have mine suitable for so. For drag it will be different since you have slightly different motions from your car. Do a little reading and see what works best for you. Overall this is a great set up if you plan to race but I believe for what it is it should be used for turning more than drag. If you do drag I am sure some shock/spring setup will suffice to counteract the launch and stop thrusting of your car.
