Default s2k vs old type r vs new type r vs old nsx vs wrx sti

Interesting interesting... the stook did manage to pass the old integra in the end... even with a less than optimal starting position and having to deal with more lap traffic.
I would love to see the comparo between just the itr's and the stook... throw a civic r in the mix too!

Best Motoring is good, but try finding Hot Version. Still an options fan though, kinda hate that they are all about Drift comps right now though for the past 7, 8 or more videos. S2K's own, okay some of the other cars are just as good, ahahah.

Why because the old type r got beat....??

This video is no more silly than hearing you whine about an m roadster and an older nsx beating the s2000 around the track....
Funny that you won't accept this video as they have PROFESSIONAL drivers (who have more seat time than any of us weekend warriors) who are flogging all of the cars yet you are sitting here telling me about an m roadster and nsx probably from watching a bunch of amateurs fumble around on a track. Do you have more convincing amateur video or something that you are holding back?

By the way... since when did the m roadster come into this conversation...

In another BM video (again professional drivers... ) the new 333 horse m3 (was a tuner edition car) got SMOKED by almost everything on the field including the s2000 (a few amuse goodies).

There are cheaper cars that will smoke the cars you mentioned on a road course... so exactly what is your point?

You are taking one extreme example and trying to turn it into fact, which of course it is not. The M roadster mention serves to demonstrate just how strange and odd BM videos are, as does the 350 vs M3.

Again, BM videos are entertainment that is all.

P.S. what are these cheaper cars?</TD></TR></TABLE>

You have peeked my curiosity as well, which cheaper vehicles do you speak of?

An older 5.0 mustang with some bolt ons and updated suspension pieces and brake components
Miata with supercharger or turbocharger (a used miata goes for around 4k)
An Ls1 camaro or firebird (with a little suspension tweaking)
Haven't seen what one can do on a track (well saw them at suzuka circuit in Japan but did not see the lap times) but a stripped hybrid hatchback is pretty damn fast.

All i'm saying is that the video is not all that out of wack. A few more laps and i'm sure the race between the old itr, s2000, new itr would have been more interesting.

I didn't really even have an argument steve, just people like to jump on you over here whenever the type r gets beaten. I don't see how in any way that this is an EXTREME example??

I think it's odd to compare a FR roadster, a FF hatchback, a MR coupe and a AWD Turbo sedan.

i agree with steve c. best motoring can't be used as a basis in determining which car is good and which car is crap. it gives an overall feel of cars in comparasion.. nothing more
