Default Need help

ok, heres the deal. MY sisters 88 base model hacthback got gaffled, and they popped the ignition .of course, but now it wont start. Ive replaced the fuse box, wiring harness, ecu,and main relay. it has a bran new starter, alternator. Here is what isn't the problem, spark, fuel. the car won't crank, the starter doesnt even get a signal. i kow this because we push-started the car,and it ran fine, but when i turned the ignition to position III( would usually grind the starter's gears, nothing happened. any idea's? i dont want to have change the harness from ecu to headlights
