Sup everyone, I am currently debating on a trade for a 95 GSR for my CBR sportbike. My concern is wether this car will pass smog due to its modifications. The car is equipped with Type R pistons and rings, Type R Intake Manifold,Mugen Race ECU, Port and Polished, Milled head, Aem Intake, Exhaust, and DC Headers. I know it will not pass smog with the ECU but if I swap to a stock ECU, will it pass? Thanks guys your help will be greatly appreciated.
