they are not the same, and these are not head bolts.
they are eagle rods, and the guy i got it from said they are upgraded arp bolts. sad to say, but i got the block assembled w/out checking out the bolts, and its hard to tell w/them in the block. but once i dis-assemble the block ill take some pics.
