Would Sleeving be nessacary? Any more ideas on how to build the block! Please post!

For the Head:
Skunk 2 Stage 2, with the valve springs, retainers, valves, and cam gears.
Any more opinions?

I think this will yield a 11.3 Compression with a stock headgasket, most likely add a 2 layer to bump it up a little.

Im going for 13's in my 2700 pounds integra<with me in it>.

Help me on any input! Would this be a safe daily driver?

depends on computer. i say about 175-180 whp and 9k all day, no problems. time depends on clutch, tires, suspension and you.
