JDM B18c1???

i just want to knoe if i drop it into my 96 hatch....is the jdm b18c1 legal or illegal..and will it pass smog?....

i thought the usdm motors had the b18c1 and it was the jdm that were b18c.....you will need new mounts......has sport makes a kit at arund just under 400
