Default Is it possible to untweak a tweaked handle bar?

Bike was most likely dropped before it was mine. The right handle bar is lower than the left, is it possible to move it back? If so, how?

Sure, if its not bent to far. Remove the twist throttle and slip a pipe over it. Have someone hold the bike of course. Just hope it doesnt kink.

Well depending on the handlbar setup... ie over/under or clipon you may get away with just mounting brackets. Example: the ninja500s/ex500s mount on top of the forks and get bent a lot by tip overs. The two mounting bolts take all of the impact when the handle hits and usually strip. In that case helicoil should fix the deal where the bar isn't actually bent. Also the open pipe may work if the bar is bent, after you strip all the crap off the bars.
