ok . . . went to Pep Boys and bought Simple Green Automotive.
I swear i haven't cleaned my engine bay in like 2-3 years . . .
finally got my lazy **** out and bought a bottle . . .
WHAT PARTS DO I NEED TO COVER PLEASE DO TELL

just use your best judgement....dont go crazy and start spraying everywhere
i would use saran(sp?) wrap...to cover certain....but as long as you dont drench the motor you should be fine

o i am sorry if my info wasnt good enough......i have done MANY engine bays for many people around here......and i def know what i am doing

i know to cover distributor . . .
do i need to cover battery and alternator ?

I covered my battery and distrubutor, but not the alternator... I dunno if I should've, but whatever - my car still starts

Just spray, leave for 5 mins. and rinse down.
