Default help with fuel problem.................everyone help!!

can anyone tell me how i could find a way to re-map my fuel line? i thought of apex'i controller but i wanted more opinions. I have a d16z6 with the basics: cold air, hks sport exhaust, dc sport 4 to 1 headers and greddy 18g turbo. someone told me if re-mapped my fuel line, i could get alot more power by lowering the degree of timing from 35 to 30 and run 15psi. they said that would be good. but what would be better is to re-map fuel to to carry 118 octane or 126 meth. i would love everyones comments on my problem and tell me if i'm doing the right thing.

haha so let me get this straight, you have dc 4-1 header (not headers) and a turbo. Thats a pretty interesting setup.
