I've always seen this wheel in pics on various cars in Japan. Enkei sells a wheel called the NT03+M here but only in 17"+ and not in white. I'd like to find a 15" or 16" (if they're made) in white. Anyone know where I could get them?

The NT03-M is their newer release of that model, and 17" is the smallest size they offer.

If you can find the older NT03 model (1 valve stem instead of 2), they are available in 16". 16x7 +43 to be specific.

wow those rims actually look pretty good on the dc2 not a bad find... but that offset of +43 might present a problem, wouldnt it?
